Feed the Horses

Feeding the horses seems like the best idea to begin with because it was the easiest. There were two groups of horses at this farm: the free roaming ones and the stable kept. The free roaming ones were the easiest of all because all you needed to do was make sure the grass was still growing well and, if needed, give bales of hay or grain. The stable kept ones were almost as easy; all they needed was a bale of hay or some grain. So...which group do you feed first?
