The Strange Mare

You decide to feed the odd horse whose stall is in the very back corner. Hardly any light reaches it, and it seems to like the dark. As you approach, icy blue horizontal slit-eyes stare back at you. You grab a nearby flashlight and shine it at the mare. Her body is black and her mane an unnatural deep purple. There are strange markings that cover her, flames perhaps? She glares at you, but her head avoids the light. She whinnies and you sharp fangs and, A SERPENT TOUNGE?! You step back in shock. What kind of horse was this? Regardless, reach into your pocket and pull out a carrot. You hold it up to the mare.

You have the following choices:

1. She bites the carrot.

2. She covers the carrot in her mouth. But her fangs pierce your fingers/hand.
