A woman

You got up 5 minutes later looked into a mirror and see a young woman in her very early twenties looking back at you.

She resembles you in a way but a younger female version of you...

Then the penny dropped and you started freaking out knowing there in no way back from this and you'll have to be female from now on or till you figure out how it happened and since it was an accident it may take time to figure out how it happened.
