Tom was shocked to see Dr. Phillips pull out the stirrups from the end of the examination table. She then patted the table between the two stirrups and told him to move the his butt down to here.

"It's ok." she said. "It is just to help make the exam easier. Plus, it is easier for all of us to see your, uh, issue. This way the girls will understand better."

Tom slids his butt down to the end of the table and puts his legs up into the air. Dr. Phillips takes Tom's right leg and helps it into the stirrup.

"Meghan. Can you help Tom with his other leg?'"

The young 7th grader took Tom's leg and firmly put it into the stirrup. She didn't let go of his leg thinking she had to hold it in place.

Dr. Phillips smiled. "It's ok, sweetie, his legs will stay in there by itself."

Tom felt himself stretched as his legs were not used to be separated in this manner. He was also very exposed in this position. Not only was his little dick on full display but his ass seemed to be open too.
