"Now as you can girls, Tom looks like a normal healthy male, except for his obvious male organ size problem." said Dr. Phillips as she was standing between Tom's legs that we up in the stirrups.

"Actually, I can't see all that well with you standing there." Kristen said.

"Hmm. Let me get my stool so I will be down lower and you all can see over me. Then as we do the exam, each of you can sit in the exam seat so you can see what the doctor sees."

Tom couldn't believe his ears.

"Can we help with the exam?" Megan asked "and what about pictures? I am sure I won't be able to remember everything otherwise." She said it being rather snarky and knowing how she could laugh at these pictures later.

Tom was sure Dr. Phillips would say no.

"Well, it is in the release forms that he signed which included that you all would be able to do what doctors do under my supervision. And I believe video is fine if that will help."

The girls all smiled and gave some low fives to each other.

Tom could hear the mobile phones going on. His little dick of less than 2 inches on full display. His sack had even shrunk up so that he looked hung like a 2nd grader.

"Let's continue on with the exam. We shall start with..."
