"There's some spoiled brat throwing a tantrum down in one of the massage rooms," Jen explained, rolling her eyes. "Says she won't leave even though her appointment ended twenty minutes ago." She shook her head. "Some people, right?"
Yuki halfheartedly smiled. "And you want me to go talk to her?"
Jen gave her an apologetic grin. "I hate to do it, Yuki, but she won't listen to me anymore! And besides," she said, already starting off down towards the sauna area. "Be thankful you I didn't ask you to fix something!"
"Alright," she chuckled, calling after Jen's retreating form. She sighed. "I'll deal with it."

It didn't take long for Yuki to find the massage room in question. The walls were made to block most sound, but the door had been left ajar, and Yuki could hear the customer from all the way down the hall. As Yuki peeked in, she saw a very angry, barely clothed buxom brunette, berating a very distressed looking masseuse.
"--can't believe the way I'm being treated! I've been here countless times before, I expect better of what is usually an excellent spa!" The client paused, readjusting her towel, which had been coming loose as the woman ranted. "I didn't pay to come here and--"
"Ma'am?" Yuki interrupted, before the customer could continue her tirade. "Is there something wrong."
"Wrong?" The customer wheeled around to glare at Yuki. "I'll tell you whats wrong! Maybe unlike your idiot coworkers," the customer jabbed a finger in the direction of the masseuse, who was flinching at the attention,"you'll be able to do something about it!"
"Alright, ma'am," Yuki began, already getting a headache. "Let's all just calm down. What exactly is the problem?"
