"Your dad's device was more simple than this, it only fit human shaped heads. I've experienced being a man, I've been other people. I'd like to try being an animal if possible," your aunt said with a playful smile. "I'll let you swap my body with whoever you want, too." she winked.
"You're sure about this?" you wanted to double check, it was an interesting experiment to try but it wouldn't go unnoticed.
"Sure, I'll give you a sign if I want to be human again," Kelly nodded, refusing to come out of the pod. "It'll also help you protect the machine, your dad wouldn't want me trapped as whatever you swap me with. So he wouldn't dare destroy this machine" Kelly raised a good point. "Though if he doesn't know, well..." Kelly shrugged.
You tapped your foot as you thought hard about this, if your aunt wanted to be an animal, who were you to stop her. "So what did you want to become?" you asked.
"I'll let you decide."
There weren't a lot of animals around here. You might've had a spare mouse or two, there was also Jake and the Neighbour's cat. A parrot would be perfect if you could get your hands on one of those, some could live to a hundred and they had the ability to speak.
For now though Jake or the neighbour's cat were the best choice.
