As always, the first person Cameron texted was his best friend and next-door neighbor Jordyn. He messaged her asking if she wanted to hang out and, after only a few minutes, she replied. Unfortunately, she was busy with her friends Maggy and Jen and wouldn't be available today.
Next, Cameron tried his other best friend Mitch. Mitch replied quickly as well, but unlike Jordyn, he wasn't busy. In fact, he was just as bored as Cameron was and was just about to text him himself. Mitch told him to come over whenever, so Cameron put on his black and white skate shoes and headed out.
Cameron grabbed his skateboard and rode it over to Mitch's house. Mitch lived close by, so it didn't take very long. When he arrived, Cameron rang the bell and was soon greeted by his friend. He was wearing a blue t-shirt, grey jeans, and black sneakers.
"Hey, man," Mitch said as Cameron entered his house.
"Sup, dude?" Cameron replied, setting his skateboard down.
"Not much. Just bored, but you already knew that."
