As usual, the first person Cameron thought of was Jordyn, his best friend and next-door neighbor. He sent her a text asking if she wanted to hang out and, after only a few minutes, she replied. As it turned out, she was just as bored as Cam. She invited him over, saying that if they were both bored, then they might as well be bored together.
Cameron put his black and white skate shoes on and headed out. After the short walk to Jordyn's house, Cameron rang the bell and was soon greeted by his friend. She was wearing a tight pink Animal Crossing t-shirt and a pair of dark blue denim shorts.
"Hey Cam," Jordyn said as Cameron entered her house.
"Hey," Cameron replied.
The two chatted for a little bit by the door before they got to deciding what to do. "How about some Mario Kart?" Jordyn suggested. While not as into gaming as much as Cameron was, Jordyn still considered herself a bit of a gamer and she had a Wii U set up in her room.
"Sounds good to me," Cameron agreed. "Anything beats just sitting around at home all day doing nothing."
