(This takes place after the movie in a version where Tito stays living with Georgette.)
His name is Enrico and he's a friend to Tito and a fellow chihuahua. He looks a bit like Tito, except for his fur is in a bit of a darker shade, and he has a small scar over one cheek after a fight with a bigger dog. Just like Tito he's a small fighter who likes to put himself against impossible odds, but unlike Tito he didn't have that bit of friendliness that Tito had, and had becuase of that live a much more lonely life of survival. He even left New Work to test his luck in Beverly Hills instead.
He has a good contact with Tito where they send each other letters about how well their current lifestyles are. After the events of the movie Tito sends a letter telling Enrico about his new life living with Georgette in their luxurious house, and that sparks an idea for Enrico to come over and make a "quick visit" to his old friend and his new wife. What they don't know is that he is planning to stay a lot longer, and really take advantage of all the nice things this could offer...like food.
