"Well then. I don't want to be such a spoil sport like Anna and swap nothing.", she explained to the others. "What would be the fun behind that? I mean, look at it this way: We can change everything we want about us and the others and no one will notice it. How exciting is this?", she justified her decision of swapping enthusiasticly.
Michael was astonished. He had not believed that his own girlfriend would like the whole idea. Sure, it was pretty exciting but terrifying as well. Who knew what consequences one little swap had? "Then choose...", Michael said hasitently.
"Yeah yeah. Let's see...", Josie responded thinking about all the possibilities she had. "Maybe a swap with Michael would be funny. Giving him my hair? My breasts? I hate choices, especially when it is uncertain that I get this choice again.", she thought while glaring at the others.
"Hurry up!", grunted Anna, her arms crossed across her chest. "We don't have all night!".
"Shut up! I'm thinking.". Josie glared at Anna. She would have loved it to swap her legs just to get back on her but these legs were already on Jeremy and she did not really want the legs anyway.
"Well okay. I want to swap pants with Michael.", she said. Looking down she saw that her woolen, knee-length skirt turned into Michaels Jeans. On the other hand Michael was now clad in her skirt.
Michael looked suprised at her. "Why did you swap that?! I mean look at me.", he asked her. "We~ll, I just thought you would look good in my skirt.", she grinned at him, "And later you will have to show my how all my pants and skirt fit you.", she added still grinning.
Michael shook his head and noticed that he now discovered a side on his girlfriend he did not know. She was always a cute, modest girl. Nothing that would let her stand out and now he found out that she had some dark side which enjoyed watching him in skirts. Who knows what else he will find out about her. He was certain that he would not like what he will find.
Meanwhile Melody was suprised that her cell phone rang. "Who could that be?", she asked herself looking insecure at it and then answered it. "Hello?", she asks uncofidently and then her eyes grew wide. "What? No...".
The others looked at her interested. Even Anna who was gazing the whole time was now looking at Melody.
After a minute of stummeling words, Melody hang up and looked at Anna, her face deathly pale. "Who was it?", asked Jeremy curiously. None of his sisters friends could have called her that was for sure, because otherwise she would not be so pale and would not have reacted so strange.
"Greg...", she slowly said. Jeremy looks at his little sister even more confused. "Who's Greg?".
Melody swallowed and than pointed her finger at Anna. "I think he is your boyfriend... but apparently now he is mine.", she said slowly still shocked because of the call.
Anna's eyes grew as wide as possible. "What?! How can this be?! You don't even know him and he surely wouldn't want to be with a little girl!", she shouted out.
"And what if you two had swapped?", asked Michael trying to figure out what happened. He quickly grabbed the manual and after a short search he found the passage he overread ten minutes ago.
"Well...", he slowly began with ashamed smile. "It seems I overread one very important passage. According to the manual you really have to swap somehting. If you don't you will get something swapped after two minutes.".
"And I get to know that now?!", Anna was raging. "If I had known this before I would have swapped something stupid! Now I lost my boyfriend to this brat because of you!", she shouted at Michael.
"C-calm down, sis...", Michael stumbled. "I'm sorry I overread the passage but mistakes happen, okay? You can try to get him back in two days. And I'm sure Melody isn't very happy either, right Melody?". The still very pale Melody nodded. "I don't even know this guy who now claims to be my boyfriend.", she whispered with a faint voice.
Anna crossed her arms again. This time because of anger instead of boredom. "Fine! Let's continue! If I have lost everything what meant something to me in life I have nothing to lose!". She glared at Michael with a gaze which could kill someone. "And hope that I won't win again. I'll get you for what you've done to me. You'll pay!", she threatened her brother.
Michael gulped. "Fine...". The group continued playing another hand. This one was won by...  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
