"Hey Mike, sounds interesting, been a while since I got laid" you reply a little sourly [I could also use some cash] you think. "OK Mike, set it up, but see about some money as well" The agent replies "I'll see what I can do, be talking at ya" [I hate Hollywood talk] you think.
A week later, the agent still hasn't called, you decide to check up. "Mike, hi Roger Drake here, how's it going" you ask. Flustered, the agent stammers a moment, then says "OH, great Rog, the deal is actually better than I thought. How does 10 grand plus a bonus based on ratings sound?" You almost drop the phone "Jump on it Mike" you reply excitedly. "There's a little snag though" the agent says "Where are we going to hold it? They think its a problem, the choice is between the studio and your place. It seems important but they won't say why"
