Chapter #4

Jason's different preceived reality

    by: mingusdew Author IconMail Icon
Not wanting Laura to find out he had been messing with her phone, he decided best to return to Gregs profile. Jason played around with the phone while listening to the shower running in the other room waiting to flee when Laura was done. Jason swelled Greg's 3D model back to the cartoonish size and beyond.

"Haha, Wow I think that would be too big for even Greg." Jason said as he looked down at the absolutely massive size of the image. It was overflowing with so much muscle that it looked as if the arms would barely be able to bend, and Greg's patented tank top was stretched to its limits. "Lets make it a little more realistic." Jason said as he swiped his finger across the screen, the 3D model reducing in size until it returned to what Jason beleive was the Greg's normal size.

"Man what i would give to look like that" Jason said reveling at the image. What Jason did realize was that even Greg would love to look like what the image was showing. Greg had always been a lifter but after he was done playing high school football he didnt want to stop lifting, so he started getting serious about bodybuilding. The first few years Greg's body had made leaps and bounds quickly growing in size. But soon he hit a plateau not growing any bigger like he wanted, He was always jealous of other lifters. At 6'2" Greg is far from short but was always felt if he was taller his body could hold even more muscle. Greg had always wanted to prove you could get just as big naturally as you could with other means. But it started looking more and more that the only way to keep getting bigger was to move onto steroids or growth hormones, which he refused to do because he didnt want to risk the very average package he had in his shorts. Greg resigned himself to not being massive but still being the best at his size.

Jason had returned the image to what he beleived Greg looked like. Jason had always been jealous of Greg's size and in his mind Greg was larger than he truely is. The 3D image was was packed with muscle, even larger than some steroid using bodybuilders. ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/38723895@N0... ). Jason saw a slider for 'Muscle Density', he messed with the slider but its didnt seem to change anything so he just settled on 'x2'. What changed was barely noticeable but it was there, the unflexed muscle on the body looked almost as hard as the flexed muscle.

Jason then heard what he thought was Laura getting out of the shower, "Shit! I gotta fix this now. How tall is Greg?" he asked himself not realizing he had never changed the height but he thought Greg was taller than 6'2". So he quickly hit 6'8", the image seemed to grow larger, the muscle staying proportionally as large on the taller body as on the shorter body. He moved on to sexual characteristics, in his panic he just quickly hit a button, increasing Greg's average 7" hard, to an insane 9" flaccid monster.

Jason hit apply when he got a strange warning.

***WARNING***
This choice has
been assessed and
a HIGH probability
of paradox exists if
it is committed.

Jason just hit ok like most people do when they see a user agreement. And soon he felt a strange lightheaded feeling and caught himself when he thought he was going to fall. And the phone was gone "Shit! where is the phone!" he paniked thinking he dropped it. He also didnt hear the shower running anymore, and decided to just get out of the room before Laura came into the room half naked, and freaked. He went downstairs and waited but Laura never came down.

Jason tired of waiting desides to leave and come back later. What he doesnt notice are the changes around the house. Family portraits now contain a massive Greg towering over his family especially tiny Laura. Who is looking up at him in adoration in many pictures. There are also a few magazines which are framed and hanging about the house, each one with Greg on the cover. An older magazine showing what looks like a 14 or 15 year old Greg with a body alot like the one before Jason had enhanced him unknowingly. "Boy Wonder: Middle Schooler Competes in Adult Competitions." "Youngest Winner in Mr. Olympia History!" and the newest one "7: The Streak Continues!". "The Next Step in Male Evolution? Women Can Only Hope."

After Jason leaves the house it is quiet; The phone is gone and Laura never comes downstairs, Why? because she is no longer there. Laura is now at the beach with Greg and Vanessa. Greg was an amazing physical specimen ever since Laura was a little girl, and growing up she adored him but as she got older it continued to develop into a major brother complex. She would do whatever she could for him and whatever he asked of her, as his fame skyrockted, eventually she basically became his Personal Assistant. Before when Greg had asked Laura if she wanted to go to the beach she declined. But in this reality Greg had TOLD her they were going to the beach.

Thus the paradox was created, If Laura wasnt at the house her phone wouldnt be their for Jason to mess with, so none of these changes would have happened but if these changes didnt happen then the phone would have been their for Jason to mess with...... aaah the wonders of a paradox. So to keep this paradox from ripping the realities asunder the phone had to do something. It was forced to get rid of one reality completely or lose both.

You have the following choices:

1. Greg is the greatest physical specimen/celebrity?

*Noteb*
2. Back to normal?

*Noteb*
3. Paradox - Some strange combination of realities?

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
