Adam found a room midway down the hallway on the 2nd floor. He opened the door to see a nice large bed with an quilt on it, as well as an older style wooden dresser with a mirror on it. There was a dressing table, a nice rocking chair with knitting supplies and a magazine holder on either side of it. There were pictures on the wall of family, and plenty of little mementos set around the room. There were a variety of books on the headboard of the bed.
By the door were a couple colorful canes, and he noticed a few pairs of glasses left in various locations around the place.Doilies were everywhere.
He was amazed, and then noticed a walk in closet. In it, there were a variety of wigs--mostly gray, gray and white, and white in shade and all seemed to be in a style of a grandmother. There was clothing as well, much of it screamed old lady, like the various pairs of polyester slacks, the long skirts, and the colorful blouses. A jewelry box sat on a shelf, and Adam picked up a string of pearls and casually placed them on his neck.
A moment later, he checked out the kitchen and decided to make a cup of tea. As he did that, he also decided to bake some cookies.
