After his normal online check-up, Darren heaved himself heavily to his feet again and waddled over to his closet. While getting dressed poses a certain challenge to guys of Darren's girth, buying his clothes at the special 'Big Guy made life easier, as their clothes were designed to be easy to put on. The jeans, for example, had fake belts built in, while really having elastic rugby-style waists; or you could suspenders, or just go with rugby pants. All the shirts had extra-wide, extra-long bodies and long tails to cover extra-low hanging guts - even the t-shirts were super long! Darren's school had a dress code, but he had no trouble meeting it. For today, he grabbed a favourite brown polo and fawn cargo rugby pants, then headed out for supper with his pals.
They met outside the school's cafe - which, given the 'upmarket' aim of the school, was a 'bistro' - and headed in for another of the 'gourmet' meals the school prided itself on. Gourmet, but in 'all-you-can-eat' format, so also 'gourmand', which suited Darren and the other 'generously built' boys in the school just fine.
