"Why?"
"Well, you're very thin, and well, it's not really helping our family dynamic."
"W-what do you mean?"
"Well, it's awkward that you're so thin! It feels out of place. Whenever we're out at family reunions lots of people worry that we're not feeding you enough, they tell us to feed you more. And lots of people we know think you're anorexic or something."
"Ok, but I don't want to gain weight."
"We know you might not want to, it's your choice. But we'd feel better if you did."
