-Eric's point of view.-
I was very surprised, and concerned, that two members of one family were selected to become Kamen Riders. If one or the other were to fall in combat... I shivered at the thought and decided to do everything I could to prevent that from ever happening.
"Eric!" Came Anthony's hushed voice, pulling me to the present. "Focus! My sister and I will go right. You will go left. If we're lucky, we can all surround her at once."
I nodded and we all rushed out the front door, single file, transforming as we went. I banked left and ran through the side yard, trying to control my pace, despite my excitement. Our timing was perfect, we all converged upon the back yard at the same time to take the unknown girl by surprise, only to find that she was not there and her white motorcycle was gone.
"She was just here!" Christina said, surprised.
Surprised myself, I conducted a quick search of the yard. There were no signs of tire tracks, no smell of exhaust in the air, no foot prints in the grass, other than our own. It did not make any sense, it was as if she was never there. Then, as I took a step back towards the house, I caught a reflection of light from the large kitchen window, shining on the ground. That was when it dawned on me.
"She was never here!" I said outloud.
"Explain." Anthony said, turning to me.
I pointed to the refection of light on the grass. "She's using the mirror world to search for Riders." I said. "She most likely detected our decks while we were searching ourselves, and stopped at the window to investigate."
"Then the reflection of light on the grass created a sort of holographic effect?" Christina asked, doubtful.
"It seems a little far fetched but as good as any other explanation." Anthony replied. "Still, it raises a lot questions. Who was she and why is she looking for other Riders?"
"Do you think she's on our side?" Christina asked.
"Considering that our decks reacted like they did, I doubt it." Anthony responded. "But we can't be sure, and we have to find the other Riders."
-normal point of view-
No one noticed that in the reflection of one of the cars' windows was the girl, looking at them, biding her time.
