"Sandi?" the boy asked as he got our of the right side of his car, which was an early 00's, blue Ford with a retractable hood. Since it was such a nice night outside, he decided to keep the hood off, as it was an usually warm 69 degrees this Halloween night. Sandi watched as Joe got out from the opposite end of his car and walked onto the sidewalk to see her.
"Hey, Sandi", he said as he got down on his knees to see her better. "You look cute!"
"Thanks", Sandi replied as she jumped on his left arm. Joe slowly got back on his two feet soon after.
"Be careful not to be stepped on tonight", Joe giggled in Sandi's direction, who now rested on his left shoulder.
"I'll be fine", promised Sandi as she winked at Joe. "I'm small, not helpless!"
