A Momentary Diversion

Intrigued by the strange device, Sonic reached out for it. Before the hedgehog could pick it up, though, he heard an anguished cry from nearby in the woods. "Yow, what was that? Sounds like somebody needs me! Gotta juice!" His discovery temporarily forgotten, Sonic sped off in the direction the call had come from.

Some time later, a familiar figure approached the remote. Who was it?
