Jamie swallowed. The microscopic bus in her throat was jolted forwards, aided in it's descent. After some time, they arrived in an enormous cavern. It was moist and very hot. Steam rose from lakes in the floor as the bus ventured into this new place. It was like an underground swamp. One of the kids piped up. "Maybe we're on an alien planet?" he suggested, excited to explore this new land. His friend shut him up. "Don't be stupid, that's rediculous!"
Jamie was sat listening to her teacher harping on about something she didn't care about. She was staring into space, pretending to pay attention to this utterly boring lesson. She'd skipped breakfast this morning and was unable to concentrate. She needed food. Her stomach groaned, following her thoughts. Inside her stomach...
The cavern rumbled and shook, stirring the children. They looked around, searching for the cause of this earthquake. The driver spoke to himself. "I hope this place doesn't cave in..." he muttered, planning his next move.
