Corrin approached the sleeping giant as softly as possible. She was quite good at moving quietly due to years of experience and possibly her absence of shoes.
She stopped at that moment and came to a realization.
"Why don't I wear shoes? And while we're there, why doesn't Azura?"
Storing that puzzle for later, she continued her approach until she found herself within reaching distance of Azura's back.
She just had to stop now and stare. She had thought nothing could awe her after the war, but seeing her friend like this was... well, it was almost as weird as her absence of shoes!
Without thinking, Corrin reached out and touched Azura's exposed back. She pulled back when she noticed the giant body react, giving something like a shudder.
"Uh, Azura?"
Suddenly, the dancer began turning on her side. Corrin ran and leaped out of the way but her cape got caught underneath.
"Get off! Damn it! Why do I even wear this? It doesn't do anything for me. It makes no sense. Like not wearing shoes! Hey!"
Just as Corrin had that thought, she felt Azura's massive hands close around her waist and pull her close.
"Azura! Hey Azura! Let go!"
"Not yet Kaze. Just another few hours," she mumbled.
"Azura! It's me Corrin. Wake your butt up!"
"What? Really?" She giggled in her sleep. "Sure honey. If you insist."
"Come on! Lost in thoughts all- mph!" Corrin found herself pressed up against Azura's massive lips, apparently mistaken for Azura's husband.
"Hmm? What?" Corrin was pulled away from the lips and found herself staring into Azura's shocked eyes.
"Corrin? How?"
"Azura." Corrin looked up at her massive friend's face.
