Ino was looking through one of her fashion magazines when a certain ad caught her eye. It was for some new kind of weight gain formula made only for girls. 'Why the hell would anyone buy that?' Ino wondered.

Although she told herself the idea was stupid, the very thought of becoming so full and fat and fleshy appealed to Ino's sexual desires. Eventually, she decided to try it out to see if it was true.

Following the directions on the ad, Ino walked through Konoha Village until she came upon a small shop with a sign hanging above the entrance. The sign said:

'WEIGHT GAIN FORMULA SOLD HERE!'

You have the following choices:

1. Go inside

2. Do something else to gain weight

3. Ino sees a newly fattened Sakura walk out of the store
