Ino was just about to walk in when she saw a certain pink-haired girl walk out of the shop. "Hey, Sakura!" Ino exclaimed, "How...are...you..." Ino slowly became speechless when she noticed how Sakura looked.
The pink-haired girl, once almost as thin as a twig, now looked like she gained 200 pounds or more. Sakura had two big flabby chins and her cheeks were swollen and red with fat. Her breasts, once non-existent, were now huge and jiggly and they pushed hard against the confines of her dress.
Sakura also had huge flabby thunder thighs and a giant thick ass that was pushing her pants to the limit. Her new giant belly was completely revealed from under her shirt and it looked soft and flabby. Sakura patted her belly lazily and let out a belch before noticing Ino, who was gaping at her.
"Oh, hi, Ino!" Sakura exclaimed as she waved at her friend with her new chubby fingers. Ino just grinned weakly and waved back as Sakura happily walked off, her entire fat body jiggling all the way.
'I guess that's proof that this weight gain formula might work...' Ino thought nervously as she walked into the shop. She still couldn't stop thinking about how fat Sakura looked. It made her feel so wet...
