I looked up to see Borne, hanging limp from his parachute. His head was pointed down and he had a bullet wound gouged into his chest. I moved quickly to the left as he landed, falling and laying on his front side. Seeing that even though there was chaos all around me, I checked to see if he was still alive. His face was pale and his shirt had been layered red from the blood of the wound. I check the pulse on his neck, only to find he was dead.
