Society has changed, it wasn’t like this in the good old days
Society has changed, you wouldn’t get away with that in the good old days
I remember when England was England, those were the days
I wish we could go back to the good old days.

The days where women were just there to service the man
The days when women weren’t even classed as citizens
The days where even the police wouldn’t listen to the women reporting abuse
Beaten by the man, you must of stepped out of line
Assaulted by the boss man, a lie like that could ruin a man for life. You know you enticed him showing all that flesh
Love is love, you’re under arrest for public indecency
The pigment of your skin, you aren’t welcome here

Yeah let’s go back to the good old days
