Human Mind is a part playing the dance of cosmos
The World that we so fret over
Is nowhere to be seen,
For we live and die in our minds
And the rest of it is clean.

It is the mind that reaches out
And conjures all our acts,
In there we fight wars and make love,
Settle the victory pacts.

We protect and defend
Nowhere but inside,
Care so much and let go,
To merge and coincide.

Those games that we play-
In the stadium of faith,
And paint the outer canvas
With colours of our breath.

It is where we feel the breeze,
And sweat in the Sun,
For know we gaze at stars and gossip often,
Only to make the mind run.

The mind praises and ridicules
And no one else does that,
For we won't have enemies or friends
without a mind intact.

When we admire or criticise,
Feel awestruck or bored,
It is who we are inside
That gets outward poured.

This thing which on its own
Travel and swim, yell and sing,
Choose to reject and reject to choose
A cajoled sleep or waking dream.

With a bundle of up-time,
To scroll and swipe,
It compares and connects
To sulk and rise.

It surf the waves and cross the Oceans
That never the person does,
Swinging from agony to ecstasy,
It is the real us.

The mind itself you bet,
Eat and walk, run and fly
Bask in pride or ruin in thoughts
Always as an inner eye.

All that we pray and plant, search and uncover,
To feel busy and tired or richer and poorer,
Are acts of the mind in a mindful act
To live and die in a skilful tact.
