Starbucks New Policy

Looking for that free feeling this year....
'Water is no longer free' says Starbucks. Thirsty after shopping at the mall? Starbucks no longer gives free cups of water to non-paying visitors to their store. According to Sara, shift supervisor at Starbucks in Stratford the company changed their policy in January and no longer dispenses free water. Of course, if you make a purchase, you can get complimentary water with it. No one knows why they changed their policy. According to Sara, Starbucks is trying to change their store and make it more of a local coffee shop vibe. Years ago, after facing a lawsuit, Starbucks permitted all members of the public to use the bathroom at their stores. Starting Monday, January 27, 2025, the day before my birthday, bathrooms can only be used with a purchase. I call that shocking and life changing. On a positive note, for those who are looking for something free there's always a free beverage on your birthday!
