The danger of missing the mark
Is palpable;
A contemptible moment
Of majesty that forgoes the literal embarrassment
Of struggles
To communicate a respectful reciprocity;
This analysis toward a constituent aplomb
So filled with outrage,
Folks flock to the middle territory
Of that climactic adventurism
And torrential infancy,
That prudent command
Of statures of horror…

The liar of prospects
Does not purport to know or manage
The alienation of requisite desires.
A delineation for just means
And structured morals -
A fluid and rich disdain
Of human style -
The distant crunch
Of a perpetual, glowing tide…
