Scripture: Revelation 10-11, Joshua 1:6

Scripture Verse: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord.” Revelation 11:15

God’s Attribute: Incomprehensible. We cannot understand all God’s ways.

Main Truth: God rules the world.

Story: “God Is listening, God Is listening, to each word I say, God will hear me, God will hear me, each time I pray. Our hands we fold, our heads we bow, so we can talk to God right now. Thank you, God, for bringing Cain and Abel and Seth…”name each child “here today. Thank you, God, for Your holy book, the Bible. Amen.” Hold up the Bible. “Does anybody know what book this is? This book is the Bible. The Bible is God’s word and it’s the truth. ‘The Bible is true, the Bible is true, and everything the Bible says, the Bible is true.’

“God takes care of everything.”

”God gave Joshua a big job.” Hold up picture of Joshua.

”God helped Joshua to be strong and brave.” Stack blocks for each attribute: Strong, brave, listen, obey.

”God helped Joshua to listen and obey God.”

”God helped Joshua take the city.” Show picture of city?

“God takes care of everyone.” Show picture of people.

”God rules the world.”

Questions: What is this book? This book is the Bible. Who he,led Joshua? God helped Joshua.

Verse: “This World has become the world of God.” Revelation 11:15.

Songs:

Pass out bells. “Joshua trusted God.” Trust and Obey.

Pass out ribbons. “God helped Joshua and God helps us.” God Is so Good. Use “God gives us help.”

Pass out shakers. “Let’s praise God.” Praise Him, Praise Him.

Quiet Time: Blanket, lights out, Jesus Loves Me, O is for Obey. If we have a globe, sing He’s Got the Whole World. Sing GOD’S got the whole world.

Large Muscle Time: Hoop, balls, marching, If you’re happy and you know it, large blocks.
