Sitting on the beach near the ocean at night
such a long. long time ago
Watching the gentle waves kiss the shore
time moved very slow

The air was magic with the smell of infinity
the water was powerful and vast
You could see it stretch on and on
with the liquid spell it cast


The moon, so magnetic
gathered the scene unto itself
All problems, for a minute forgotten
upon a momentary shelf


The ocean and the sky
a friendship there forever
No matter what happens
their bond will not severe.
