Of his blog.

Which went viral
As things sometimes did.
Much to Joe’s amusement
And utter amazement.

Note:

Medford, Oregon, is the commercial center for Southern Oregon but draws people from Southern Oregon and Northern California who drive to Medford to shop, as Oregon has no sales tax, while California has a sales tax. It is less than two hours from towns like Yreka, Weed, and Cresent City. The Rogue Valley Mall is an old-fashioned mall that has not received the memo that malls are dead and has a retro 80s feel. It is long overdue for a total makeover, in my opinion. It is not as touristy as Ashland (Oregon Shakespeare Festival Site) or Jacksonville, much more of a commercial center than anything else. and a popular stopover for people driving from Northern California to Portland or Seattle. About six hours to the greater Bay Area or Sacramento, four hours to Portland, and six hours to Seattle.


Bi-Mart is a local Oregon institution, sort of like Wall Mart that is employee-owned. It is beloved by locals.
