I haven't written for a while and now I think I know why.
Creeping

I feel you creeping in my mind,
I’m tired of you and your kind.
It is a darkness in my soul,
My mind feels like a big dark hole.

It makes me anxious and weary,
My thoughts have me feeling leery.
I no longer know who to trust,
My attitude needs to adjust.

You’re elusive without form,
You feel like a brewing storm.
And I fear if you awaken,
My life’s core will be shaken.

I am used to this sad routine,
And although it may seem mean.
There is no more room in my head,
For another one in this bed.

Identities we have plenty,
And my tank it feels so empty.
So please go back from where you came,
I no longer want to play the game.
