This was a prompt that someone gave in class.

If you can catch the brightest star,
It can be kept inside a jar.
The sparkling light will soon shine
Bright; it will be a glorious sight.

Your precious gifts are implanted
In your mind; you can imagine
All the lifts you could get.

Far up in the universe, a beautiful
Scene explodes. Remembrance
Bears the kindness of things to
Come. When you do things
According to what's been told, it is
The little cares that begin to enfold.

Singing telegrams are coming your way;
I tell my friends I want them to stay.
Even if the endeavor seemed to be clever,
The reality would be, as far as I could tell,
Is to know in my heart that you're doing
Well.

Indeed, the beginning chapters of a book
Is what we're after, filled with love and lots
Of laughter. Many theories will make us
Cheery. Knowing the facts begins with
The acts, and soon we'll be doing the
Jumping jacks.

With lots to spare and dreams to share,
The brightness in their eyes surprise those
They love.

To enhance the excitement of enlightenment,
The joy of insight is the one that delights.
