TRANQUILITY ON THE POND

The moon's light reflected the ripples of water on the lily pond. So beautiful these floral creatures projecting their solidarity against the dragonfly.

Dragonfly, with its effervescent wings shining on moons light. As I approached the bridge, the moon followed me, glowing ever so brightly. The waters were calm now and the birds rest in their tranquility!

Tranquility that we all need so desperately; a solitude that nature does provide. Once again, I study the lily as it floated against the ripples caused by the fluttering of the dragon's wings.

Wings, I thought to myself - such power, such gaiety in the water - a dance, yes it was dancing around the lily pond. Wings pulling light from the moon to the pond, reflecting its colors like a rainbow in the sky.

Sky, tonight so tranquil that I can hear the ripples on the pond. I ask, what made me pass this way to enjoy such a show as this?
