The Wisconsin Review is the oldest literary journal in Wisconsin, founded in 1966 at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
Our goal at the Wisconsin Review is to present the best contemporary fiction, poetry, and artwork to a discerning public. We seek out talented established authors as well as unpublished up-and-comers. We are pleased to publish exemplary examples of traditional craftsmanship alongside cutting-edge experimental work. We believe that the defining criteria of any art is a purity of voice. It is to these voices that we are drawn, and it is their words that we give to you.
