Thomas Barrett was born in Shenandoah in 1938, he became a Computer Scientist in the Computer Age of the 20th Century. As an analyst and system engineer, working with computers on many applications Doctor Barrett learned to keep accurate evidence and notes. This talent and his experience in the software development of large government programs are provided in his proposed book, “Build a little, Test a little, Learn a lot.”
