To say I'm "country, isn't quite correct. I laughingly say that, " I'm from so far back in the woods we used 'Possums for house cats, Hoot Owls for chickens and our Zip Code was EIEIO. Of course that's an exaggeration because there weren't any Zip Codes then. When I stepped out into world, it was a very baffling place. Now, after over 6 decades of living, I am still amazed at what I see going on around me. As a child, It seemed something inside me would well up and the only way to release that energy was to write.
