Sha Weï writes poetry about womanhood, modern existence, and everything human. The Taiwanese native has spent her entire adulthood living in New York City. She has been an accountant, an educator, a bassist for punk bands, and a nightclub bartender. She earned an MS in Accountancy from Baruch College with a CPA designation. Sha Weï almost crashed a boat in Ghent, paraglided solo in the Swiss Alps, and threw herself a weekend-long divorce party in New York City. She is fanatical about philosophy, literature, and art house cinema, and an avid collector of exotic travel destinations and unusual life stories.
