I spend my time in the Midwest watching the seasons change. Weather and the natural world fascinate me; everything from thunder to fog to the phases of the moon have surrounded me as I make notes on lined paper from my porch or my treehouse. I write both poetry and prose - poems about love and nature that I try to keep non-stereotypical, and prose about far-off, fantastical lands. (And, of course, essays for my classes...)
