I love writing and since I have been diagnosed with Biploar disorder and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, I have found it is a great way to keep my mind and thoughts in order. Over the past year I have had an amazing awakening I have been almost overrun with feelings, ideas and things I want to write down about my life. I am the founder and General Manager of Community Advancement Network, Inc. From my past to where I am today and the amazing journey in between, I desire to share my story - bit by bit.
