My name is Diane. I'm 50 years young, and I have three children. For years I stopped writing. Now I have something to say and write about. This is my passion. I'm a conservationist that wishes she was born in the time of Henry David Thoreau. I feel most inspired when I am hiking into the wilderness. I write short stories and poetry, and I have a manuscript that needs complete makeover. I had very little confidence in my abilities as a writer. Though now I am able to validate my good qualities, and work on the not so good. There's a new member in my family. His name is Trenton and he is my first grandchild.
