I'm a sales person who likes to write. Or am I a writer who just happens to do sales during the week? I prefer the latter. I'm originally from New York State, where I graduated with a degree in English Lit and now reside in Southern New jersey. As for writing, I try to dabble in whatever strikes my interest. I'm currently working on a novel centering around teenagers coming of age in the early 1990s, and the drafts of the first couple chapters are posted here. My favorite authors include John Irving, Pat Conroy, Larry McMurtry, Lawrence Block and John Steinbeck. I think Lonesome Dove is one of the greatest novels ever written.
