My life is the model for which the expression 'TRUTH IS STRANGER THAN FICTION" is authenticated. After a whirlwind courtship, I married a con man, who now enjoys the fruit of my life's work. When I was diagnosed with MS, he walked out- with my luggage. Early in the marriage, the Ex invited his son to live with us - the young man turned out to be a SOCIOPATH or PSYCHOPATH (the terms being interchangeable) during a routine, court ordered psych exam for his selling my MS meds at his High School. This should be enough to get my writing career off to a good start...and I thought writing 'what you know' was going to be a tough topic. Kate
