For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to write. In fact, my most memorable gift as a child was the typwriter my grandmother bought me for Christmas when I was just nine-years old. I didn't realize it at the time, but my grandmother was watering the soil that housed the seed of a passionate writer.
Today I like to write about the things that people often think about but never say. I like to push the envelope with my words because if you walk away from a piece I've written and you haven't been compelled to take an introspective look at yourself and your life, then I've done the craft of wordsmithing a disservice.
