I am a 24 year old trying to discover if I can write. I really like to read fantasy with fully realized characters but I can't get myself to write anything that doesn't have some solid grounding in what I know and sadly that does not include spells, dwarfs and genies. I don't have any writing ambitions, I just scribble something when the muse takes me but I am still very nervous about showing it to other people. I am finding that I really don't have to, the writing.com community has been absolutely wonderful. Read on and if you have anything to say please do tell me, seeing a review in my inbox bumps up my happiness scale several notches!
