I am a retired teacher of almost 40 years. My Master's degree is in Curriculum Instruction and Design. I have written various curricula for teachers from kindergarten to high school, articles for educational publications, manuals for peer consultants, and written many grants. My writing has been almost entirely analytical and academic, save for the weekly creative writing classes I taught with my students. A writer writes, I would tell them. We all have a story to tell. Now that I am retired, I can immerse myself in reading for enjoyment and can finally concentrate on finishing a novel I wrote several years ago. I am ready.
