Hello, entity reading this! Welcome to a small peek inside my cranium. Bios are hard. What's the most important thing you should know about me? I suppose it's that I have a penchant for kidlit, especially young readers and very young be-read-to-ers. I like writing poetic picture books. I also enjoy writing humorous poetry. Most of my poetry is rhyme-based, since I tend to think in rhyme. My influences are, first and foremost, Dr. Suess; but also Shel Silverstein, Ogden Nash, James Thurber, and Walt Kelly. When I was young my aunt gave me several time-worn paperback compilations of Pogo cartoons, so it's her fault. I hope you enjoy my musings.
