I started writing short stories when I was a teen and shared stories with a couple pen-pals. Off and on thru the years I have wanted to expand on that bit of creativity but have lacked the confidence to consider my writing, or desire to write worthy of anyone's time, even my own. As a grown woman with an empty nest and young grandchildren who I would love to leave some kind of unique personal legacy for, I have decided to once again pick up the pen and put it to paper and let my imagination create something worth sharing. I am challenging myself to go outside my personal comfort zone and create, and I am looking forward to the journey ahead.
