This is about what happens when a person turns his/her life around for God.
I am an every day teenager who does everyday things. I lead a Christian life that never goes wrong and I am always faithful. Yeah right! That is the biggest lie I could ever tell you. Sure, I am a Christian, but it's not easy. My biggest spiritual challenge I have had to face is the always arising conflicts with my dad. For seven years we have argued about various things and were always mad at each other. Do you notice that I put that last statement in the past tense?
I have been working to improve my relationship with God. I have been reading my Bible and trusting in my Savior more. My dad has bipolar depression, which puts him in differet moods at times, but now he is a different man and I have God to think for that. I am a preacher's daughter and have been a Christian for nine years, but have not really lived up to that name until recently. I have been praying for my relationship with my dad for seven years and now it is finally answered. My dad came home and said,"Kids, I want to be the best dad ever." I thought,"Praise God." I have thanked my Lord over and over again. I wrote a letter to my dad and explained to him how I have been changing and how God has really been working through me. Ever since then he seems to be doing so much better. I am so proud of him and will continually thank God for the mighty works he does in my family.
