CARMEN SANDIEGO - Culprit, evil woman who travels to different historical times and distrupts history.


CARMINE - Carmen's pet cat.

THE TIME TEAM (THE GOODIES)
ANN TIQUITY - Head of Time Team, trying to stop Carmen, by following her through the time porthole.

IVAN IDEA - Friends with Ann. Helps her solve the puzzles of missing pieces.

THE CHEIF - A strong-willed woman 'back at the Rank'She can contact Ann or Ivan at any time on their Videophone to tell them what's happening.

HERMAN NOOTIX - An old fashioned bearded man, who invented the time traveller, he's a proffesor at the A.C.M.E. agent college.

CARMEN'S DODGY ASSOCIATES
HERB ASIDE - A man who is very in to getting revenge. Another associate of Carmen.

BARB DWIRE - A rough woman who dresses in no sleeved denim jackets. She has a Barbedwire tatoo on her left arm.

JUDASE UNGLE - Another of Carmen's associates. A little cleverer than Galliant Knight.

ROOKIE - Carmen's Associate number 3. She's really hip and is small and compact, she is only useful for things like squeezing into small gaps places.

GALLIANT KNIGHT - Carmen's cheif assosiate.
